Job Responsibilities:

 

1, familiar with the software installed professional knowledge, able to complete the overall soft loading design;

2, responsible for soft-mounted design and team management; led the design team to complete decorated with soft assembly design work, and give guidance; provide expert design consulting.

3, the overall theme of controlling the design, style, color, size and details of the product selection of fabrics and other options, the ability to plan and interior space make precise binding;

4, supervision and guidance of designer quality and quantity and timely completion of design work, organized on-site market place and commissioning work;

5, the soft-mounted products (furniture, lamps, carpets, curtains, jewelry, paintings, sculpture, etc.) have a better understanding, can make accurate budget, the selection of products;

6, attention, analysis of external market trends and competitive industry dynamics, combined with various types of customer status, to participate in the development of relevant policies and measures to deal with, and effectively implement, establish, improve and strictly enforce standard operating procedures and regulatory authorities.

 

Qualifications:

 

1, age 25 years of age, there are more than 5 years experience designers, more than 3 years practical work experience soft-mounted, with the hotel, was the center, showroom design experience, high-end design company overseas experience is preferred;

2, interior design, decoration, Huanyi, or related majors, a certain customer resources, the design team has extensive experience in management;

3, decorated to have a certain insight, familiarity with color theory, color science can be applied to analyze spatial, interior color adjustment familiar pop style, familiar with a variety of accessories the main material characteristics, range, reasonably designed space with accessories ;

4, communication skills, able to convert good design into text, with a keen nose for the market, with the ability to analyze customer and market analysis;

5, familiar with the market, with good co-ordination finishing ability, communication skills and presentation skills, innovative spirit and the spirit of teamwork.
